Ecotherapy is simply about experiencing the many benefits of spending time outdoors and the sessions will be tailored to meet the needs of the participants. Activities might include cooking together on a campfire, foraging for wild edible plants, craft activities with natural materials, gardening on our allotment plot, playing in the mud or just watching insects crawl through the grass.
Those living in Coldean, Moulescomb and Bevendean areas will be prioritised but all expressions of interest will be considered.
Kids under 16 would need to be accompanied by an adult.
Depending on the level of response - groups may consist of adults, teens/young people and/or families or carers with younger children.
Please include:
1) Ages of the neurodivergent person/people who might attend.
2) Confirmation of your Postcode
3) Confirmation if you would be able to attend weekdays or weekends, morning or afternoon. Dates and groups will be confirmed to fit the needs of the majority.
